How have you gone about having your child choose an instrument (other than
piano) to learn?
My son will be going into 5th grade soon. Our school does not have a band/orchestra for that age so will be on our own or private lessons. He has been doing piano for a couple of years.
Do any music stores let them come in and try different instruments (obviously it wouldn't sound good)?
