I once heard someone say of the greatest nba player debate: “Look if you’re picking teams and you put the names Michael Jordan and Lebron James in a hat, whichever name you pick you’re going to be pretty happy about it.”
I kind of feel that way about Ainge and Jimmer.
Here’s the thing though, you have to build different teams around those people.
If Ainge is your PG then you don’t need Jackson Emery as the shooting guard. But Jackson was a fantastic compliment to Jimmer.
When you discuss building the best team of BYU basketball players the people on that team affect the other positions in my opinion.
Who you pick as PG really affects the outlook of that team.
