We get it out probably 6-8 times a summer, pretty sure the kids love using it for camping more than we do, and we have definitely increased how often we go camping. It has also significantly extended the realistic camping season for us because of temperature and weather that had previously made it less fun in a tent. We use it as a make shift guest house for when people come to visit as well.

The one thing I would strongly recommend if you have kids is to have the separate master room with a true wall and doors/sliders. Seems like a little thing but it makes such a huge difference.

Pull it with an F-150 Diesel and it does great. Would STRONGLY recommend getting air bags for the rear suspension if you do get a trailer.
