asked about first games in stadium, and our guide, a good ole Texas guy said something like: "that would be when a ranked BYU team came in and played a highly ranked Sooner squad, but OU was sent home pretty sad that day".

Later on during tour saw a nice section where they display helmets of Cotton Bowl Champs and we're repped for 1997 win...see below

That's one jaw dropping stadium...the new Allegiant Raiders stadium is nice, but the Cowboys are on another level. One disappointment though... the locker room. The luxury boxes and press box were amazing but I was underwhelmed with what the players get. Heck, the cheerleaders locker room was even better imo
