I made it through 3 kids changing diapers at church...
....and never had an issue....and it has been 13 years since my last child was in diapers.
The Men's room in our building does have one of those changing tables on the wall.

Depends on the layout. I’ve seen them in open areas, or in the handicap stall, and I’ve also seen them
