and waaaaay to much time on my part going back and forth between insurance and U of U billing. It took over a year, but my balance shows $0 and the collections agency seems to have dropped their complaint against me.

I was pretty set on avoiding them at all costs in the future, but might stay with them because of the convenience. And for the most part, I've been happy with the care provided.
