Former coworker had two failed procedures resulting in two surprise kids. He
was too awkward or embarrassed to do the post op follow up, so only found out they failed when his wife was pregnant each time.
The third procedure was apparently much more invasive to make sure they got everything snipped. His wife made sure he did the post op follow up that time as well.
