sitting on one of our stools at the kitchen island because she started to feel herself losing consciousness, but didn't quite sit down in time. So she kinda took a weird fall from the sitting position and we think her knees and shoulders caught her fall vs hitting her head. 
The COVID itself is kicking her trash. She rarely gets sick, so I know when she's really got something nasty. 
She's gonna continue riding it out. Hoping she feels better soon.
