Most people don't really tend to stay in the same house for 30 years. Either they grow out of their starter home and want something bigger as they have kids, or on the opposite end the downsize when their kids are grown. Also people move because a job takes them somewhere new. A whole lot of reasons to believe that a large number of the loans on the books today will not be there in 5 years.
