Or were all the assistant coaches either 1. not interested, or 2. didn't have a plan like she does?
Either way, I hope they do well. I've watched BYU Women's BBall for years now, and have loved Juddy. Of all the coaches at BYU I'd want to meet, it was him (in the current era). I hope she can continue a strong legacy of BYU Women's BBall.

One year doesn’t a program make. Historically this isn’t near an elite program. Neither is mens hoop.
