He should have gone with Ego instead of Ryobi. The fluorescent yellow line of
tools is pretty solid, but they aren’t the quality of Ego. Of course Ego products typically cost more than Ryobi.

sounds like user error to me. Ryobi's been fine for me. I have several different yard tools, drill, sawzall, etc
