While we were at the dock another boat pulled up with a girl about their age inside. Both parties were carefully pretending to be totally unaware of the others! I was laughing (on the inside). We were right across from each other and all the boys were trying to be casual. The girl was also playing it cool, but she got off the boat and turned-not looking our direction-and gracefully stepped backwards right off the dock and plunged into the water. She came up looking like a drowned rat. Where upon all parties really continued not acknowledging the others existence.
