I say that because there is a large portion of the seats covered. But those that were open were almost completely full. Even standing areas are pretty crowded.

It's actually a smart approach if you think about it. Secure money via TV first and don't rely on ticket sales. Build it up for a couple years to get momentum first. From there open it up for local cities after people are more interested.
