I always have. If it's a problem for them to reveal their range, HUGE red flag.
Most of the time, I'm not talking to them until I already have an idea of what that range is, either from Glassdoor, other sites, or heaven forbid they include that kind of thing on a job description.
And in fact, NOT including the comp range on the job description is usually strike 1 against them for me.
