And their customer service is truly great. I left messages on a holiday weekend

and one of their techs called me on Saturday while I was at the baseball fields at my son's game. He was off for Memorial Day weekend but listened to my message I had left and wanted to get my situation remedied so I could do my Memorial Day brisket smoke.
