How elite would BYU sports department be with a $250M Annual budget?
That would be a 30-50MM higher than higher than the big dogs like Texas, Alabama, Texas A&M, Ohio St, etc.
Would BYU be able to come close to those top programs after several years of investment or are that other limitations, HCO, Coaching restrictions, culture too much to overcome?
How much would all those additional funds elevate the program?

The honor code is the hold up. BYU would be significantly better with current budget if the HC went away
