They should keep some kind of honor code, but not the current one.
Have the students commit to being good citizens, honest in all their dealings (school and otherwise) and obey all laws. Keep the Word of Wisdom on campus, but remove the enforcement off campus. Let's not pretend half the student body isn't going to Starbucks everyday.
