I've been really close to hitting what I have called the "3, 4, 5" (3 plates bench, 4 plates squat, and 5 plates deadlift). Maybe there is an actual name for this? I've had the bench and squat for quite a while now but deadlifts have been a bit harder for me.
I'm not sure what it is lately but I've been really making strides in my squat and deadlift and today was the day to hit the goal.
Anyway, finally got that 5 plate deadlift today! And actually hit all those achievements in one week.
Squat: 430lbs
Bench: 315lbs
Deadlift: 495lbs
Total: 1240lbs
My single highest in one week with a new PR in deadlift and squat.
Happy days. Thanks for indulging me. Time to set a new goal.
