just making it part of. the house. We are putting new windows, but will need to really increase the insulation on that side of the house that gets the West sun. Sadly there can't be any trees planted over there to block the afternoon sun. We did install a solar roof vent right above that room to help as well. But the room is about to become the main TV area. It will be 20x20 with couches, TV and pool table. Grandkids toys will be confined to that area.
