Every time I was on call. Sometimes so bad I’d throw up. I remember throwing up in the PACU as I was about to take a patient back to the OR. I remember throwing up in a plane not because of air sickness but because my head hurt so bad.

Took me a while to realize caffeine was helpful in ameliorating them. I almost totally eliminated them when I started on losartan.
