Trying to think. I have little faith in most Utah restaurants...
I'll go in the other direction. Two places that I think have been awesome.
1. The Tree Room. One if the best dinners over ever had.
2. Red Iguana. By far my favorite Mexican food restaurant in Utah, and I would say well above average as Mexican food goes overall.

Brick Oven was good 40 years ago. Now mediocre. Too bad. My parents met there in 1957 when it was Heaps of Pizza.
