The issue was the build up of In N Out by our California CBers and when it arriv
Arrived the expectations were out of this world. They have good burgers good price good shakes but the fries suck ( I don’t like shoe string fries others may but I don’t)
So it is/was over rated

Brick Oven was good 40 years ago. Now mediocre. Too bad. My parents met there in 1957 when it was Heaps of Pizza.
