Just a lawsuit by sue happy people. You can’t do adequate DNA testing on cooked denatured proteins. The people who brought the lawsuit changed their tune when more accurate testing showed 100% tuna and no other animal proteins. They changed their claim from it contains no tuna to it doesn’t contain “wild caught” tuna. There is a reason the lawsuits were dismissed by the courts. I don’t really like Subway but I dislike bad/dishonest science even more especially when it is used just to try and get an unearned payday.
