Big 12 schools won't be going anywhere, regardless of OU and UW

The money will be much better for the top PAC schools going to the Big 12 and cutting the chaff than the other way around. Plus there's the Big 12's enormous buyout for leaving the conference and the GoR extending into 2025. It's next to impossible to find a reasonable scenario where the PAC can make that happen.
