I'd put it more into tiers of perception

Tier A (85+%, "This program clearly belongs")
Arizona, Arizona St, Oklahoma St, Oregon, Texas Tech, Utah, Washington

Tier B (65%-85%, "Don't love it, but definitely solid)
Baylor, BYU, Colorado, Cincy, Houston, Iowa St, Kansas, Kansas St, Stanford, TCU

And I only think BYU is in that perceived group by some because they have no P5 history. But they're the highest of the new ones and probably move to Tier A soon.

Tier C (45%-65%, "Eh, I'd really prefer not. Unless I have to")
Cal, West Virginia

Tier D (25%-45%, "Yeah no, don't want")
Oregon St, UCF, Washington St

Tier E (<25%, "No no no no no...absolutely not")
Some G5 team (also put that into the poll and it got 8%)

Honestly I think UCF is underrated in all this, but I seem to be alone there
