I had a TIA a few years ago. I was already on heavy blood thinners so they did
Their job and I have had no issues since. But there are no strenuous activities allowed in my life. IIRC once you have had one you are more likely to have others

Can you define "no strenuous activity"? No running? No biking? No yard work?

No running, not lifting more than 40 lbs, I have lung disease which didn’t help

Someone help me. Isn’t” ischemic” just redundancy? All strokes aren’t ischemic?
