Not saying anything about the validity of that post, but Heartless is connected
He is probably more connected than any other person I’ve seen on a message board who posts regularly. He knew of the PAC12 expansion before it happened and he shared it. His sources are very good. He isn’t some schmuck in his basement.

It makes sense. After all, those 4 teams will undoubtedly bring $400MM annually in TV revenue to justify the move. 😉
