I read quite a bit from ACC message boards. They feel determined

Their GoR locks everybody in. They created after Maryland bolted to keep anybody from doing it again. They feel confident in that. They said that is what is keep Texas and ou in the big 12 for two more years. Can’t break the contract or the money consequences are too large.

The ACC won’t add anyone. The thing protecting them is their grant of rights.
