That's fair, except I think it is unlikely that Utah ends up in a G5/Independent
If that's the case, then I agree with you. But I'd prefer them in the same conference where you take that away, than any risk that they're in a weak Pac12 that eventually gets picked off by the ACC or even the low probability scenario of eventual expansion for the SEC/Big10.
