When you have stage one cancer you should just wait until it's progressed to stage 5 to act.
These groups are expanding. "Mom and pops" are also acquiring plenty more properties.
They don't need to acquire every property. They only need to set the market price. And they are because home sellers will understandably continue to sell to the highest bidder. They were allowed to set the floor in 2010. Now they're trying to continue to raise the ceiling.
