Sure, maybe an hour commute out you’ll find a house like that in a safe enough neighborhood for you to fight over. Rent and housing has been skyrocketing, and the number of jobs is not. I think that’s an important factor - people have to live where they can work, and send their kids to school safely, and that makes a huge difference in housing prices. But more people have been moving to Tennessee than Utah, and we have the same housing supply/investor problems. Keep Nashville off the list, thanks.
