If they'd voted to expand and update it in 2021? Then it probably would have had something giving the A5 conferences further veto power. But when it expires, anyone can build whatever they want from the ground up. And that's going to be B1G/SEC deciding what they want and everyone else going along with it. And probably not getting much of a vote on it (much like the G5 with the current CFP)
