B12 doesn't even really need to convince anyone. The decision the B12 needs to make is how many teams do they want
Just two? I guess you could say they would need to convince UO or UW if that's who they want. Those two schools have "realistic" shots at the B1G so I suppose that would take convincing.
Beyond that, AZ, ASU, UT, and CO would all go if asked. So the B12 needs to decide how many teams they want.
