here's to hoping All-American
I still don't know why UO or UW would want to keep the Pac together. UW/UO hold
up the Pac just enough that they are worth about as much as the Big 12 is worth right now, but if they left the pac for Big 12, the Big 12 would be worth a lot more. Meaning they will get more money in the Big 12.

I also don't know why Arizona schools, UU or CU would want to stay. When UO and UW inevitably leave for greener pastures, they don't want to be left in what is left of the Pac12. If they join the Big 12 with UO and UW, then when UO and UW leave for greener pastures they will still be left with a fairly strong conference of 16 teams like BYU, Ok. St., Baylor, in areas of the country that still care about football.

Both groups should want to move over.

On top of all that, making the Big 12 as strong as possible would make it possible to steal from the ACC when it gets gutted, instead of the ACC stealing from the Big 12 or Pac 12.

I'm not sure what math the pac 12 presidents could possibly be looking at that suggest they are better off where they are.
