Can you tell more about the methodology here? Specifically wondering why Big12
Gets to stand as a whole and the other are by division. I mean, I get that the Big12 hasn't had divisions but what do things look like of you're combining the divisions and evaluating them as a whole? Or are these ratings averages imstead of sums, so it doesn't really make a big difference?
