Name one advantage a Big12 school would have to leave and join the Pac12.

Money, fan enthusiasm, geography, tv deals, culture, politics, the list goes on. Everything I look at points to the Big12 being a better option for Big12 teams than the Pac12. I honestly can't see a single reason for them to leave at this point. USC and UCLA leaving completely changed the landscape in terms of money for the Pac12. And money is the #1 driving factor.
