ESPN (or Fox or whomever else) is gonna want a guarantee that UO and UW aren't
going to be replaced by BSU and SDSU 2 years into the contract before they're gonna offer decent money. There's no way those two schools are going for a grant of rights currently when they are actively begging the B10 to let them in.
