I've been trying to track down revenue numbers, but my best current guess is that's roughly $0.75 Billion to be shelled out to the nuke plant for their services. This is a little more stab in the dark, but probably another $0.5 billion yearly to build and maintain all the pumps, pipelines, and likely intermediary reservoirs to move that much water.
Next question: does that even keep up with evaporation? Why about bio hazards? Invasive species? You'd basically have to purify the water before dumping it out there, only to then have to re-purify it for domestic use.
