Or just run the fan with AC off.
That’s what I did when freezing was issue.
Ultimate problem was a combo of being low on refrigerant as well as humidity in basement. Dehumidifier was set to 60%, turned it to 40%, no issues since.

Is the furnace fan blowing air? Sounds like the blower motor may have died?

Right, checked the compressor on the side of the house. Nothing frozen there, blowing hot air up

As others have said, check that the furnace fan is blowing. Perhaps the circuit

There’s some airflow now - not a ton, but more than before. I’ll turn the system off for a bit and check. It’s blazing
