In a perfect world it would be like Italian Soccer.
The worst teams at the end of the season get bumped to a lower league and vice versa. We'd have teams earning and losing P5 status entirely on merit.
Too bad Italian soccer still has the mafia running things. Hmmmm maybe NCAA is also run by some kind of mafia too.
