we talk about player development, this is how you do development....
You have "coaches" that can work with the 2nd, 3rd and 4th stringers.
You have nutrition experts to help these idiots...I mean players eat better besides pizza and beer...er root beer.
Its all a matter of how organized you are and what these personnel are doing
