I don't see it. At least under the Utah standard.
You have to show "wrongful means" for an interference claim in Utah, and that pretty much means you need to find conduct that would support another tort or crime. Hard to say from the headlines, and I don't keep up on other jurisdiction's standards, but this doesn't look like it to me. . .
