I understand that. The thing that frustrated me I went outside to talk to the

guys. They said, at least on their end, that city of provo had confirmed with them that they gave us notice that they were coming.

We never received any notice haha. Can’t blame the guys, they are just doing their job. But someone at city of provo messed up.

Easement just grants access, doesn’t give permission to destroy and leave

Yes it is true. The city is liable for any damage caused to the property. If they ruin the grass, they have to replace
