We live half a mile from my son's elementary school. It's close enough to walk or bike, but he has to cross one really
busy road (with a stop light) and a semi busy road. He seems like he really wants to bike to school on his own though, so I think we'll go through safely crossing with him and see how it goes.

Can't ride bikes. Used to ride bikes to closer school before we were rezoned. Can be picked up, but that's up to mom
