with a smash on that side of the field and both defenders move to the deep and medium route.
If that was the first read, that concept is basically the same as a fake handoff and pitching on a sweep. With a big bodied receiver like Cosper that's similar to the screens to Holker we ran a bit last year.
So not an outlandish decision at all.
