I've been dealing with some neck pain for several months. No injury that I know of. My neck cracks a lot which it never used to, which leads me to think I've got some possible misalignment. Anyway, no idea what's caused it. Have tried heat therapy, ibuprofen, and massage therapy to no avail. Thinking of seeing a chiropractor, which I'm not sure how I feel about as I've always thought of them as somewhat quacky. But pain will lead you to try things you otherwise wouldn't. Any thoughts on chiropractic, and/or anyone you'd recommend? Preferably in the SW Salt Lake Valley.
