A riddle for small engine mechanics
The answer to the issue is below.

So I ran out of gas the other day on the lake with my 20 HP fuel injected outboard. I brought it home and eventually got it to start but when I throttled it up in neutral it would bog down. It did idle just fine though. So I changed the spark plugs, fuel filter, hi-speed fuel pump. I cleaned out the fuel bowl and checked the needle. I pulled the fuel injectors, cleaned them with carb cleaner and blew them out with an air compressor. I ran sea foam through the system and even put in 91 octane Chevron gas. Today, I finally figured out what the issue was. Any guesses?
