I've always been suspicious of them but a couple of people at work swear by it. Not gonna risk it right now. I'll go the PT/Ortho route. Thanks all.

Have you been to a PT? Whatever helps you feel better will help it get better. A chiro isn't going to push your bones

PT will be much more useful - you need to move and strength the muscles. sitting still makes it worse.

My cousin was in her mid thirties. She’s good now but was in a rehab facility for awhile. Had to learn to walk again.
