I’ve only had to talk to the IRS on the phone once and…
It was actually a very pleasant experience. The person I talked to was able to look up my file very quickly, understood the sort of complicated issue that I was running into, and told me exactly what to do to proceed.
Honestly, it was one of the best customer service experiences I’d ever had.
