Depends on your depth at RB and WR.

Garret Wilson is high risk, high reward. I wouldn't pull the trigger on that trade if you're going to need him regularly in your line up. He's someone you stash on your bench hoping he breaks out.

Henry is likely to get better and will be someone who you can rely on to get some points.

I'd do the trade only if your other RBs are very strong and you're willing to take a risk on Garret having a break out year.

On face value, Wilson isn't worth Henry straight up. Counter with a proposal that makes it more favorable.
